Gerhard Lang of Arlas Immobilien GmbH (info@seepark-kreuzlingen.ch) the manager of the Seepark Shopping Center (Kreuzlingen, Switzerland) stated, "I will kill each and every bird." Based on observations by animal activists, I believe Mr. Lang has been systematically poisoning birds and wildlife over the last six months killing more than half of the wild bird population in our local area. Criminal charges were initiated by animal activists but were unsuccessful, seemingly due to tampered evidence. Mr. Lang issued a bogus trespassing order to keep the activists out of the area which means they can no longer observe the shopping center and Mr. Lang's activities. Please sign my petition to stop the torturous death of more wild birds. The bird in the photograph died of poisoning on 12.1.2020 according to the findings of a veterinarian from Constance, Germany. Antonio Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations stated in his speech on 12.2. 2020 at Columbia University, "Humanity is waging war on nature." Mr. Lang and his largest tenant Migros Supermarket of Eastern Switzerland (m-infoline@migros.ch) are contributing to that war. Take a stand and protect what's left of our wildlife.
