RECALL against Salinas City Councilman and Alisal Union school board member Jose Castañeda

I have been asked to start a petition against Salinas City Councilman and Alisal Union school board member Jose Castañeda based on the personal opinions of those people living in the Salinas Community. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of this situation. I am simply providing the space for those people to support our community by keeping Joe Gunter as Mayor of Salinas!
