Please stop another Free Speech rally that incites violence in America

Dear Governor Baker & Mayor Walsh,
The organizers of this summer's free speech rally was a catostropic failure that incited violence resulting in over 30 arrests including urine being thrown at our police officers. No one heard what the organizers were saying as they were countered with the yelling of 40,000 people protesting the KKK (and it wasn't a KKK rally) & the rally had to be terminated early. This did not accomplish anything except incite violence. There was nothing good that came out of this & neither will a repeat performance of a rally from the same organization. This is not a democratic or republican petition, it is petition to prevent unnecessary violence & commotion for no just cause. What makes Boston great is the 12 million tourists that visit every year to ride our swan boats, buy souvenirs from our vendors, which were closed that day. This is not fair for these people who booked their vacations in advance to see America's beginnings & the find that the heart of it is in lock-down mode. This is not representative of what Boston's Sons of Liberty stood for & Boston will get a reputation for inciting violence. Right now the country needs space to heal, not events that incite division & violence, & that is all that will come out of this. PLEASE do not allow a permit for any free speech political rally at the Boston Common this November. Sincerely.
