Village Cinemas should allow the Pivotonian Cinema to reopen The Pix in Geelong West.

Village Cinemas sold the old Pix Theatre in Geelong West many years ago. Upon sale, a Covenant was attached that says a cinema cannot operate at the theatre without written consent from Village.
The guys at The Pivotonian Cinema have asked the current owner of The Pix if they can reopen The Pix. He agrees but when Pivot Cinema contacted Village they said 'No' to written permission / removing the covenant.
