Michelle Strawser is beyond the "Star Performer" that many petitions would tout.
Going to the old Beef's and being greeted by Michelle went hand in hand. She could easily boast a personal customer base in the HUNDREDS. People that consider her family, but also exemplified what the Beef O'Bradys brand stood for.
Family atmosphere, fun, and quality in both service and product.
To NOT return a person that many of us considered the personification OF Beef O'Brady's ESPECIALLY with this relaunch in the Crestview area would be a horrible error in judgement in the opinion of those signed below.
Michelle is the type of employee that any company or manager would be glad to have on board, and to have one that already understands the image and branding of Beef O'Brady's on board from the start can only be positive.
Please take our signatures below as a VERY STRONG DESIRE to see our favorite team member returned to duty in one of our favorite places to eat and socialize.
