Reverse pension changes to police pensions to RPI

The government in considered changing pension increases from the retail price index to consumer price index on less favourable terms
This change was implemented without the consent or participation of those in receipt of this benefit and as such is unlawful and may also create a change in what could be agreed as a written contract thereby becoming an unfair contract
Reverse and backdate all RPI increases as per the terms of the pension that was agreed and implemented lawfully .
