As you may have seen on Rachel Maddow last night:
"Donald Trump has taken nearly a billion dollars from taxpayer money meant for modernizing the U.S. nuclear arsenal, and is instead directing some of those funds to refurbish the Air Force One style plane gifted to him from Qatar, which he intends to keep in his presidential library after potentially using it as his presidential plane once it is brought up to spec."
Are you ****ing kidding me? The guy is taking funds meant for modernizing our nuclear arsenal (and avoiding things like decades-old missiles blowing up in their silos here at home) and spending a fortune to turn it into another Air Force One? (We already have two). And he's going to call the shots on redecorating it? The guy who thinks gold-plated toilets are classy?
And then, after spending/misappropriating all that taxpayer money, he's going to just take it with him when he goes?
Don't let him get away with this in secret. People were outraged when they first heard of this gift (=bribe) from Qatar. But taking away funding from nuclear safety for a vanity project takes it to a whole new level.
Add your name and demand that this be stopped ASAP, and that Trump return the money to where it belongs.
