DEMAND PUBLIC WORKS PICKS UP MORE TRASH AND RECYCLABLE MATERIAL

DEMAND that our trash service picks up ALL of our trash when we put it out on the curb on your trash day.

Have you set your trash and recyclables at the curb only to have your service company only accept the “green” and “blue” cans while leaving your other trash (such as bags) behind?

What then?

You have to drag it back to wherever you store it, hoping they pick it up next time. Or trying to cram it into the bins which, inevitably, never works.

Maybe you have a large family and your waste tends to exceed the size the cans allow?

What do our tax payer money fund? YOU are paying to have a company REGULATE YOU. That is not right. With this petition, we demand that trash companies pick up ALL of our trash the SAME DAY that is your trash day, even if it means more trash trucks visit your neighborhood on that day.

Before, we used to have REAL people to pick the trash up. That is JOBS for our community. Now? A driver and an automated claw, automating to us the regulations. Us, we, the tax payers, ALL pay into a system only to have that system tell US what IT will do.

That is wrong. We demand a clear and regular trash schedule. That these trash companies do not delegate to US what THEY would prefer. That THEY collect ALL of our trash on our trash pick up days.
