Install streetlights in the neighborhoods surrounding Cal Poly San Luis Obispo

The streets of San Luis Obispo, especially those around Cal Poly's campus, are dangerous to pedestrians and drivers alike because of their lack of street lighting. Although the city has allocated some of their budget towards fixing this problem, it has been years since any action has been taken. With some continued effort from the city, inspired by this petition, our area can be safer for students and residents of San Luis Obispo who travel at night.
