Vote NO on licensing Brantford cats !!

Brantford has a feral cat problem which gets no support or funding from City Hall for local cat rescues and animal lovers that try to help the cats.  There is also no support for local low cost spay and nueter to help the issue.  Now they want to license cats which will cause more cats to be dumped by low income residents and more homeless cats. The money for licensing the cats will probably go to the local high kill animal control SPCA.  Please support this petition to vote NO on licensing of cats and YES on city hall helping with local rescues that are not getting support and YES to low cost and free trap,neuter and release.
