STOP Animal Murderer Millicent Anne Paul

Millicent Anne Paul is a convicted ANIMAL MURDERER.

She has tortured to death over 30 dogs and cats, she starved them and left them to die, in agony and squalor.

Puspa Rani and her team at MIAR are trying to stop her killing any more, but the Malaysian Law does not protect animals.
