STOP MANDATORY SENTENCES IN PENNSYLVANIA

THE SENTENCING GUIDLINES NEED TO CHANGE, AS WELL AS WRONGFUL CONVICTIONS ARE WIPING OUT OUR YOUTH. MANDATORY SENTENCING IN PENNSYLVAINIA IS NO GOOD ESPECIALLY TO A YOUNG PERSON WHO WRONGFULLY CONVICTED OF A MORE SERIOUS CRIME. THIS PERSON LIKE MYSELF HAS TO ENDURE THE HARDEST PUNISHMENT THE STATE HAS TO OFFER. EVEN WHEN THE JUDGE FEELS LIKE HE DOESN'T DESERVE IT.
