To halt the progression of the conversion at this time until more definitive information is supplied to the residences of the park by the park owners for the following:
- The cost of each lot is not overprice that the lot and the home would be more then the market would bare
- Sufficient funds secured in a trust to maintain the common areas including the structural improvements, club houses, pools, well and septic system
- Honest information on how the owner’s will provide low income financing based on the current economic condition of the State of California and lack of state funds
