El Mirage HOA Parking Violations

If you live in the preferred communities HOA, with Sundial 4, then you may have noticed that the parking violations are ridiculous. Residents should be allowed to park operable and consistently used vehicles on the streets. The current version is that no one can park on streets more then once in a 60 day period, which means even if you have a weekend guest you could be fined! Let's change this so we may use our streets to park our family vehicles as long as they are in operable condition and being utilized.
