Demand Changing Stations in West Virginia Universitys' Bathrooms

West Virginia University is known as an advanced campus, yet they don't provide changing tables in all bathrooms. Create gender equality for all and give everyone a chance to enjoy their family whether they're in school or working on campus. Make it a requirement for ALL new public restrooms and remodelled bathrooms on campus to have changing tables installed.
