A lawsuit has been filed against Rudy Giuliani, alleging that the former New York Mayor and Trump's election steal consigliere sexually harrassed an employee and then threatened her after he fired her.
His accuser, Noelle Dunphy, called him a "sexist sexual predator and abuser" in a summons filed on Wednesday in New York. The summons is seeking a jury trial and compensatory damages of $3.1m. It also names several of Mr Giuliani's businesses as well as 10 John and Jane Does as defendants.

When it comes to men like this, there's almost never just one incident. Dunphy's allegations warrant a full investigation — and a further probe to see if there are any other victims that Giuliani bullied into silence. We can't allow this kind of behavior towards women to go unpunished.
