Cleaning house

SR does not know how to do her job. She do not interact with the children, she does not care about her employees and she do not go by the rules and she is not professional. There is no sense of dircetion she gets onto her employee about somethiing while she is doing the same thing , she wants respect but doesn't give her employees the same respect she wants its very unfair up there alot of things go "unnoticed." She does not care if she's losing employees or for the fact that parents are pulling their children out of the facility and forcing employees out the door before their 2 week notice is up.
