Make the NHS sit up and take notice!

My friend of 19 years has severe anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and has been fighting for 7 months for help - was discharged form hospital with a needle in his arm - has financial problems - has been self harming and suicidal - needs to be re housed in a different area. He also has many other physical problems. What has he to do to get any help!
