The new arena will cost $400 million. We're sure Live Nation and Comcast can afford the startup costs. According to Wikipedia, Live Nation's revenue in 2011 was USD $5.38 billion.
And according to this article* Comcast and Live Nation will indirectly use taxpayer money to fund the arena. LIVE NATION HEADQUARTERS IS LOCATED IN BEVERLY HILLS, California. NOT IN VA. Save taxpayer money for projects that will benefit the whole community like state parks, education, and roads. We want Live Nation and Comcast to pay the $400 million to build the arena.
