I am being denied the right to put up a small garage on my property for no legitimate reason. I have had zero neighbor complaints in over 2 years. I meet all sight requirements for traffic. I Meet several safety requirements. It is my land. I Do not cover any Utilities. Im 35'+ from the Curb of the street. I am inline with other structures within a 2 block radius. Im concerned this is a illegal seizure of private property and unconstitutional. I am not hurting anyone or anything yet i'm denied the right to use my private property only because of something wrote down on paper. What is even more disturbing is the fact that others in this town are able to get away with these things without any trouble.
I urge you to sign this petition to put an end to favoritism in this town along with putting and end to government overreach.
