these poor elephants are made to perform , ridden on and kept in very small cages when they are not performing, they have no life and they will have been broken using all sorts of disgusting and cruel ways as young elephants to break their spirits, we walked passed this place every day and felt so upset to see the elephants kept in small cages. i have been told they get whipped also if they dont perform right , the owners are very rich so they get away with it i was told this by someone that works in a elephant rescue centre. its about time something was done to help these beautiful animals to be rescued and put a stop to elephants forced to perform for human entertainment, there is also tigers and other small animals that are forced to perform here, please sign up and add friends to help these beautiful animals, they take all cameras and phones off you before you enter so therefore you cant take any photos inside of the animal performances think that says it all. they are advertising this as a show with animal tricks and riding of elephants, so many people that go to these places dont understand the cruelty thats not only involved in shows like this but how they break these animals spirits to get them to do this, it needs stopping and they only way this will happen will be to make more people aware of what goes on, elephants backs arent made to ride on an after a few years they get all sorts of back problems

In order to make elephants submit to elephant rides and other human interactions, they are taken from their mothers when babies and forced through a horrific training process known as 'the crush'. It involves physical restraints, inflicting severe pain and withholding food and water. By the time tourists come to ride an elephant, it may look at peace, but this is because its spirit has been broken. The bullhook, used permanently, reminds the animal of human dominance.

The cruelty does not end after the crush. When not performing or used for rides most elephants are kept on chains, unable to socially interact with one another. This is hugely damaging to their physical and psychological wellbeing.

If you can ride, hug, or take a selfie with a wild animal, chances are the venue is cruel. Don't go!
