Help Stop the Development/Zoning on Hwy 11 across from Winn Dixie

Developers are wanting to buy the land across from Winn Dixie on Highway 11 to put up another gas station, more retail and 40 new homes. We have major traffic issues already! We have a hard time just going to the grocery store, much less to put more across from it. That would be another cluster. Trussville, do you want another gas stat? We have enough! We can’t even accommodate the traffic flow now. Fill up what we already have. Build more on the outskirts of downtown Trussville . I’m all for growth but not more gas stations/ retail/homes. Keep the green in places! Please sign this petition to make awareness that we do not want this zoning to pass!
