Han is a 2-year-old male husky that is currently under foster care after his owner was caught on camera choking and slamming another dog on the ground in Hialeah, Florida. We need to make sure Han does not go back to his abusive owner!
During the incident, Han's owner, Victor Suero, was supposed to be training his neighbor's 1-year-old puppy named Winter. Instead, he was caught on video grabbing Winter by the collar, choking her -- not once, but twice -- and finally lifting her high up above his head before violently throwing her to the floor. The video shows that poor Winter went motionless, just laying there whining in pain.
Police have arrested Suero and charged him with animal cruelty, and tht's good news. Now, we need to make sure we protect his dog Han from facing the kind of violence that Winter experienced.
There's evidence that he may already have been abusing Han before this incident. His neighbor stated on the news that she has heard the dog crying very loudly before. This is heartbreaking. We must save Han!
