It is high time to end this inhumane act of killing animals for food. Slaughtering animals for food is not an act of civilized human beings.
According to Gandhi, “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.” We, as Humans, are guilty of immense animal cruelty and suffering across the world. The cause is crystal clear. America being a most powerful nation, need to bring humans to their conscious awareness what they are doing by killing animals by force? I realize that most people don't even want to think about this as they're enjoying a T-bone steak or a barbecued pork chop, but the fact is inescapable. A lot of animal suffering and animal cruelty go into those neatly wrapped trays of meat you find in the supermarket. Surely in this day and age, people know the law of cause and effect. What price humans are paying by this cruel act of killing animals for food? Resultant effect is people consuming meat from the animals that have been tortured and killed in an inhumane manner. The energy of the food people are consuming is showing up in our fellow citizens behaving in beast like manner in prison, mental hospitals and we see crime all around the world. We are moving far away from peace and tranquility because we become what we eat. We see the effect of eating tortured meat in our health, behavior pattern and the need for more hospitals all across the nation. Hospital beds are full, need more and more beds. Can we not put an end to this unnecessary spending of dollars in healthcare industry by just reverting back to our nature and start eating healthy vegan diet? We will see it's alarming effect on our citizens physical and mental health. As a result we will not need as many hospitals and prisons to handle sick and crime victims.
I hereby request to give sincere consideration in this matter and let us have a nation in which we live in peace and harmony with all of our Creators creations.

In this petition we are collectively , asking justice for all animals.
Our message to you in this petition is simple but profound. We petitioners are humbly requesting you to look into the matter of 'Severe Animal Cruelty" happening on an on going basis at the slaughter houses, killing millions of animal everyday for food.
We collectively ask your honor to look into this inhumane act of killing animals for food. Slaughtering animals for food is a selfish act and not an act of civilized human beings.
