Alabama habitual offender law revised

My husband as well as many other people incarcerated have been unfairly sentenced with harsh and lengthy sentences due to Alabama's habitual offender law some doing life for non violent crimes , due to the " three strike law" well should people with multiple traffic tickets be restricted from driving again ? Cause that's considered a crime,???? ALABAMA NOT ONLY SHOULD REVISE THIS LAW BUT ALSO LOOK INTO THE PRISON SYSTEM AND HOW THINGS NEED TO CHANGE.........!
