Judge Debra Ramirez is abusing children by court ordering them to live with their abuser

This is a petition is to impeach and the indictment for second judicial family court judge Debra Ramirez under TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 "60,000 children are sexually abused every year in the US".
 
Judge Ramirez has court ordered the abuse of our children and many other children. Her terror of families must stop
 
Judge Debra Ramirez is an abusive judge that humiliates families that stand before her seeking justice. She violates New Mexico's own laws on child custody and that of supreme court rulings. She also has no respect for the constitution or the rights of parents and children. She suppresses evidence from CYFD, CPS and the police to favor the recommendations of her constituents aka court appointed experts that are privately paid services full of corruption.
 
In Torres vs Palombo Judge Debra Ramirez court ordered the abuse of two children by separating them and alienated them from each other. As a result one of the children was forced to live with their abuser and has continued to suffer abuse and neglect by court order. Judge Ramirez has violated a handful of constitutional rights and retaliated with extreme bias and prejudice. She gave a court order of extortion to pay the very person who perjured themselves in court as a retaliation for not paying their fees and questioning their reasons why the court appointed expert was violating the original court order. The judge allowed the court appointed experts to badger Misses Palombo and suggest that she was unfit to be a mother because she was raped. Palombo was threaten with contempt and jail time if she and her husband practice their 1st amendment right to freedom of speech and to protest to fix the problem. The judge also violated Palombo's 5th amendment in using Mr Palombo's criminal history from 25 years ago. Palombo's 6th amendment rights were violated when the Palombo's were accused of criminal domestic violence without evidence and convicted without representation in a testimony by perjury of a court appointed expert/guardian. Palombo's 8th amendment rights were violated by being given cruel and unusual punishment that including loosing all custody and access to her daughters school and any part of her life. Misses Palombo was reduced to 1 hour supervised visitation per week. Palombo's 9th amendment rights were violated by other rights that have not been spelled out.

As we see women of power stepping forward we are encouraged in pointing out this extreme injustice and inequality that is happening to mothers reporting abuse of themselves and their children. This inequality is putting thousand of children in abusive homes right here in Albuquerque. New Mexico can't rank #2 in child abuse without an extreme failing of the courts, CYFD, CPS and also the system failing of parents. Mothers are loosing custody of there children for reporting abuse in the courts, and It's so bad that lawyers are now advising their clients to not report spouse abuse or child abuse if they want a life with their children.

Noting: that negative stereotypes about women encourage judges to disbelieve women's allegations of child sexual abuse. Gender bias problems are particularly acute in family courts, and most problematic when sexual abuse of children is alleged in custody or visitation proceedings.  Negative stereotypes about women encourage judges to disbelieve women's allegations of child sexual abuse. The report stated: "One striking example is the tendency to doubt the credibility of women who makes these allegations, and to characterize them as hysterical or vindictive even when medical evidence corroborates a claim of child abuse." 

Another major problem area involved child custody and visitation disputes between parents when there has been a history of domestic violence. We're so proud of those that have signed this petition and have given testimony to the terror judge Ramirez has put on children and parents.

Judge Ramirez must be stopped and laws must change. Judge Ramirez is violating New Mexico's laws of parental rights that makes NM a 50 50 child custody state. By taking children from parents that have done nothing wrong but try and protect their children, Ramirez is not only harming children but she is harming parents.

Very happy to see we're up to 63 signatures! From personal experience you've seen how un compassionate Ramirez is and how very important it is that she is impeached. So please come back and re share as many times as you feel you can. We must get this petition out virally so we can reach all the families harmed, and we know there are many.
