Bring back Hap...police K9 should retire with original handler, not a stranger!

Hap is a senior police k9 being retired from service. His current handler does not want to adopt him, but his first handler does! My request are falling on deaf ears.
Hap was taken from me for political reasons, I fought for him. I lost the first time. Please help me bring Hap home to a place he loves and to people who love him. Tell the Montgomery County Sheriffs Office this police K9 deserves the love of the handler who cared enough to fight for his welfare. Please see my Facebook page for details. Please sign .
