U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, better known as ICE, is not protecting anyone --
it's destroying lives.Thirteen people have already died in ICE custody in 2025 alone. That's more deaths than the past three administrations have seen.
A 75-year-old Cuban man who had lived in the U.S. for 60 years. A 45-year-old from Mexico who was discovered "with a ligature around his neck," whose death is still under investigation. A 49-year-old Canadian who was found unresponsive, his government still demanding answers.
And still, ICE keeps filling its jails past capacity, locking people up in horrendous conditions just to meet the Trump administration's mass deportation goals.Sign the petition now to demand Congress stop funding ICE's cruelty.More than 56,000 people are currently trapped in ICE's brutal jails.
That's 140% over capacity, and experts say that deteriorating conditions in these overcrowded facilities are part of the reason that people are dying so rapidly. This cruelty cannot be allowed to continue.
Many immigrants are detained without charges.
The overwhelming majority have never committed a crime. And some never make it out alive.
The ICE agents who are kidnapping these people are
masked, anonymous, and violent.
They stalk their victims at courthouses where immigration hearings are taking place, and at neighborhood schools, farms, and construction sites where they know vulnerable immigrants will be.
They are dragging people off the street,
ripping apart families, and treating immigrants like enemies of the state when
ICE is in fact the true threat. Congress cannot keep giving taxpayer dollars to an agency built on fascism, fear, and now…death.
This is not public safety.
This is state-sponsored violence. We must act before more lives are lost.
Add your name to demand that Congress DEFUND ICE and end this brutality at once!If you or someone you know is stopped by ICE, make sure you know your rights.
