Let Chris Lehmann come back to Guerin!

My name is Chris Lehmann. I've just turned 18 and I'm going into my senior year of high school. Everyone said high school was going to be great. My high school career has been less than adequate. Going into my freshman year, my parents went through a nasty divorce. I blamed myself for it happening. I struggled with depression and fell into some really nasty habits. My grades slipped and sophomore year, my parents sent me to a school where it was a big struggle to make new friends. I really struggled sophomore year and became severely depressed. I blamed myself for every tragedy that befell my family. I struggled for a long time, always thinking "maybe everyone would be alright without me here". The only thing that kept me going was seeing my close friends every month or so. These 6 people I consider more than family. I got help for my depression because of these people. However, I still struggled. I was still in a school where people treated me differently just because I went to Guerin freshman year. At the start of my junior year, a man that I looked up to, made me a tremendous offer to help bring me back to my friends. I worked hard to prove to this man that I could do it, but when I brought the idea to my one of my parents, they were less than happy. They would always say "maybe" or "I'll think about it". I was really hurt by the lack of faith in me. I let my grades slip. I was always angry and upset with myself. With help, I realized that I was just giving them an excuse to say no. So I made a deal with my parent to show them that I can put in the effort. So I worked and studied and studied more. I hadn't been more determined in my life. I put 110% into it. Yet my parent still said no. So please, help me prove that I can put in the effort at the school I've always wanted to go to. Help me attend Guerin Catholic High School for my senior year.
