Due to large amounts of animals being allowed to be held at animal shelters, rescues, and animals sanctuaries,these animals are left behind!! If these Facilities are NOT able to evacuate these animals Safely during natural disasters, or emergencies, they should NOT BE ALLOWED to have the amount of animals they are allowed now. These animals count on us to be their voice!! They count on US for their every need, why should we let them down!! We need to put a stop to this!! During the recent hurricane there was shelters that had over 200 animals and WERE NOT ABLE TO SAFELY GET THEM OUT!! Some places reality left hundreds of animals behind while they left for safety! This is Unacceptable!! Animals count on their care takers to keep them safe and protect them, this is their job! Not leave them behind, if a Facility can not safely remove ALL animals in an emergency situation they should not be allowed to have the LARGE amounts that they have. I am starting this Petition to put a stop to innocents lives being lost!! This needs to STOP NOW!! We need to stand up for the rights of these living breathing animals!! Every life is worth saving ❤️ Please join me in my fight and effort to get this noticed!! We together can MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!! Farms also collect insurance money called evergreen for each animal lost, so they too should also be held accountable for their actions or shall I say lack of!!! As you can see from the picture above. During hurricane floyd farms estimated that 100,000 to 400,000 hogs lives were lost!!!
