Demand Better Customer Service from the Rockwall United States Post Office

As citizens of Rockwall, TX and customers of the Rockwall United States Postal Service, located at 609 S. Goliad, Rockwall, TX 75087, we hereby protest the repugnant service received perpetually during mail delivery, by staff supervisors, carriers and Postmaster; in addition to USPS employees parking in allotted customer parking. Perpetual Repugnant Customer Service Examples:

1. Failure to deliver mail accurately (to the correct person, address, respect forwarding orders, and on the day expected according to the Informed Delivery application)
2. Failure to receive mail as needed (leaving outgoing mail in the mailbox for several days on each occasion)
3. Failure to deliver Parcels and Spurs on a regular basis (too often packages are not delivered due to "lost" or from the supervisors, "it was delivered at…" yet never received
4. Customer service from supervisors and Postmaster is too often rude, unconcerned, utter lack of interest in resolving concerns/issues, and incompetence in understanding complaints
5. There are few parking spaces available for customers who need to check post office boxes for mail, received customer service inside the post office (front counter, passports, dutch door) because each day USPS employees are parking on the side and in the front of the post office where customers are designated to park. USPS employees are to park in the back of the building or in the church parking lot across the street
6. Mail carriers delivering mail into the late night hours in an unmarked vehicle causing suspicion and fear in residents who are unaware of who is "touching, taking, or playing" with our mail long after dark each week, year round
7. As a customer of the Rockwall Post Office, it seems that we have supervisors and postmaster in charge that don't seem to be professionally and properly trained to successfully run a business focused on customer service, problem resolution, or a personal response when complaints or concerns have been raised by the residents of Rockwall, TX

As citizens of Rockwall, TX and customers of the Rockwall United States Postal Service, located at 609 S. Goliad, Rockwall, TX 75087, we hereby request that all the aforementioned complaints and concerns in the "Petition Summary and Background" section above be addressed and resolved professionally, respectably, and beginning immediately. We further request that experienced supervisors and manager (Postmaster) be hired, staying aware of the work ethic required for positions of authority in a customer service background, as a federal employee. Furthermore, we request personality/work ethic testing in the interview process to ensure that only qualified citizens are hired for this type of customer service industry where little to no supervision is applicable. Rockwall residents have experienced these concerns, some for several years and others for several months (new residents) and we're pledged to take the necessary steps to ensure that our mail service is managed under the federal guidelines that protect it.
