No kill shelter in Tulsa county

Location: Oklahoma

We only have a couple shelters in the Tulsa county area and they are both kill shelters. I believe if we made another shelter and labeled it as a no kill shelter it would help take the load off the other shelters and also give animals a chance to be adopted out
