If you have an elderly parently that ends up Not Eating, or starts to hoard things around them...You can't sit back, contact the doctor, not a so called friend you tought was on your side to protect your OLDER mother, that person comes in and takes charge of a elder person's home, cash the checks to both a car in need of repair, as well as a bathroom that (I do believe that HIS Staff from Mexico shoved a DIAPER down the toilet thus a bathroom /shower that is TAPED SHUT, while this POA pays himself as well as a Spanish person that never talks English while around another Spanish person~ in front of an elderly person. This is a system that needs to change and I am downright FURIOUS that an only daughter is pushed back into the background when a parent loses their mind and that daughter did NOT get a POA, but only showed LOVE towards her mother. Then the GOVERNMENT COMES in and LETS SCAM PEOPLE come in and in just 3 months take over 300,000 of a seniors funds. This is a CROOKED SYSTEM, especially when a Daughter has taken care of her MOTHER her entire life! WRONG/CROOKED As Well as People IMPORTING PEOPLE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY that DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, DRIVE and ADMINISTER DRUGS TO A SENIOR WHILE AN ONLY DAUGHTER HAS NO RIGHT TO HELP HER MOTHER.
Explained above in what this is important. Anyone that has a elder parent needs to take action and not sit by. If you do, this crooked system will shove you out of the house, take your parents funds, house and then put the parent into a urine infested system and there is NOTHING YOU can do about it. WRONG. YES. Just watching this happens has made feel so helpless, then when I fight they make me fight against my mother's estate. This is CROOKED and STINKS! No one could nor has protected either of my parents but ME. For me to have no say I don't understand since nothing has gone to court, but some shady attorney gave POA to this person who can't pay bills on time and is rushing to sell my Mother's property and he tells me there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!
