Demand to Maintain Wood Ranch Open Space

Location: Simi Valley, CA

One resident wants to amend the original Specific Plan for Wood Ranch GPPS-2018-04 from Open Space to Residential Low. This would allow subdivision and partial sale to Artis Corp to build 2 story Residential Care facility next to Tutor Time. Also would open the door for other Wood Ranch “ranch lot” owners to do the same.
