Demand for Stoned Emoji

For years, the people have added countless emojis. Some are more useful than others, and I believe that it is about time the added a "Stoned" emoticon to Apple and Android devices as it would be useful to the growing marijuana smoking population. The idea of a Stoned Emoji has been highly requested and a fan favorite for many years, and no one would really complain about the addition of one.
