Petition For The Removal or Retraining Of Jillian of AP Lofts

Multiple documented rights are being violated by Jillian of AP Lofts. The tenants are unhappy with both her attitude and treatment towards them.

Violations include harassment, health code violations (I have personally documented these and can provide proof), and some human rights violations.

I and the undersigned of this petition believe she should be removed or go through a training on how to treat others. It would be a disservice for you not to know how your employees are treating the tenants at your building, because you are losing good tenants.

There are quite a few documented offenses that she should be able to handle in a reasonable manner. Pet or human excrement on the elevator should never stay there more than a few hours until it has been reported.
I don't (nor would I want to live in the building under this management). And plenty of tenants are looking for a way out.
