High Demand for Speed Bumps in my Neighborhood,and School Area.

It's a Large community, and there's alot of traffic there everyday, there no light or Four Way STOP signs ,Cars are driving at high speeds up to 50 to 60 miles in a 15-25 miles zones,there's no speed limit in the ("HOOD"),And who cares,we only need 3 speed bumps to (PROTECT OUR KIDS AND COMMUNITY).
