DEMAND THAT TITLE IV BE REMOVED!!!!!!

Title IV was signed by President Clinton that for year's had been Hillary's unborn baby that has destroyed families both through CPS/DHS whatever it is called in your part of America!! Every day hundred's of children our stolen from good families and sold off to the highest bidder because of the federal and state funding they get!! Not only that but the bonus that a case worker gets for removing a child gives them more reason to just keep removing them!! Mind you the CHILDREN THAT OUR DAMAGED they do not remove and leave in an unsafe environment where the child or children either run away or lately have been committing suicide!! A young lady known to many as "Dolly" took her life because no one would help this poor young girl!! Everything about what she endured is on YOU TUBE and yet not one social worker in her school or relative stepped in and tried to help her!! Her brother is still in the care of the mother and I am not sure if the man tat violated this young girl is still in the home!!??!! Children are at a higher risk of prison etc. from being stripped from their biological families or close friend's that will step up to help but our rejected because it takes the money away from the foster care facilities!! My biological son spent more time locked up in mental ward's or school's because of the torment of not knowing if his family even cared!!! When will people step up and stop this!!! I for one am sick of it!!
