Mr. TUDOR PENDIUC - Mayor of Pitesti - Romania and President of the Romanian Association of Municipalities, has contacted the Romanian TV Channel " REALITATEA" and made an OUTRAGEOUS and SHAMELESS appeal to the public to send to the TV photos of packs of dogs, of people bitten by dogs and/or photos of aggressive dogs, in order to support HIS HORRIFIC intentions to PRESS the Committee for Public Administration from the Romanian Parliament to legalize the MASS KILLINGS of stray dogs.
Dl. TUDOR PENDIUC - Primarul Pitestiului si Presedintele AMR, a facut un apel, prin intermediului postului de televiziunea " Realitate" solicitand tuturor cetatenilor ce sunt impotriva cainilor fotografii cu haite de caini, filme cu caini agresivi, persoane ce au fost muscate de caini sa le transmita informatiile pe adresa martorocular@realitatea.net, pentru a obtine suport in actiunea sa de a forta COmisia pentru Administratie Publica sa legalizeze uciderea in masa a cainilor fara stapan.
His actions are in total contradictions with the decision taken by the Romanian Constitutional Court regarding the law which will set the ways the stray dogs population should be managed in Romania. His actions are intended to INCITE HATRED against animals, and to completely disregard the fact that the Romanian Senate has approved the Law 771/912/207 as presented by the Judiciary Committee from the Romanian Parliament.
Actiunile sale sunt in totala contradictie cu decizia CCR referitoare la legea care va reglementa monitorizarea si rezolvarea problemei cainilor fara stapan in Romania. Actiunile sale au ca scop instigarea la URA fata de animale , si sunt in totala opozitie cu proiectul aprobat de Senatul Romaniei ( asa cum a fost prezentat de Comisia Juridica - 771/912/2007)
His actions are against the decisions of the Judiciary Committee - Romanian Parliament, the Romanian Senate and the decision of the Romanian Constitutional Court.
This is UNACCEPTABLE.
Mr.TUDOR PENDIUC is determined to IMPOSE THE SLAUGHTER of innocent animals in the death camp which are the public shelters in Romania.
DL.Pendiuc este determinat sa forteze legalizeze MASACRARII unor animale nevinovate in lagarele mortii care sunt adaposturile publice din Romania.
Our petition ( letter ) asks for the immediate RESIGNATION of Mr. Pendiuc as President of the Romanian Association of Municipalities.
Petitia ( scrisoarea )noastra cere ca Dl.Pendiuc sa demisioneze IMEDIAT din functia de Presedinte AMR.
Romania has become NOTORIOUS for the way local authorities manage the problem of stray dogs over population. Hundreds of thousands of dogs have been killed in the most horrific way in most public shelter, with the blessing of local mayors, although civilized, compassionate and successful methods are available.
Romania a devenit notorie pentru felul in care autoritatile locale se ocupa de problema animalelor fara stapan. Sute de mii de caini au fost ucisi cu cele mai barbare mijloace in majoritatea adaposturilor publice, cu binecuvantarea primarilor, cu toate ca metode civilizate, compasionate si cu resultate vadite, exita.

We, the signatories of this petition, ask that Mr. TUDOR PENDIUC resigns IMMEDIATELY from his position as President of the Romanian Association of Municipalities. If he refuses to do so, we ask that legal action to be taken against his actions .

If Mr. TUDOR PENDIUC refuses the resign as President of RAM ( AMR ) then we ask that legal action be taken against him for instigation to hate against animals, the total disrespect for the decisions of the Romanian Constitutional Court and his open intentions to influence the legislators by manipulation the public opinion in the media.

Daca Dl.Pendiuc refuza sa demisioneze, solicitam tuturor, sa se ia masuri legale impotriva sa, pentru incitare la ura pentru animale, incalcarea deciziilor CCR si intentia vadita de a INFLUENTA legislatorii romani prin actiuni de manipulare a opiniei publice prin media.
