Remove Linda Marquis from the Bench

Judge Marquis is prejudice, biased, and racist. Much like a few other court judges she doesn’t deserve her seat on the bench or the title of judge. In her campaign video she says she wants to keep families together but upon gaining a seat as a judge has done the exact opposite. She’s ripped kids from their MOTHERS. Her attack is on women in the family court and she hates them. It clearly stems from jealousy and self hate, such a disgusting individual. She has taken rights from mothers and put children in dangerous homes with criminal fathers all because a father claimed something in court that wasn’t true and didn’t provide evidence to back up their claims. Marquis is not noble whatsoever and doesn’t know how the law operates. She doesn’t know a single thing about family court as she was a criminal justice attorney all her law career.

She has separated families for reasons listed and others unlisted:
“Because I’m a judge and I can make any order I want”
“There are too many people in one house”
Her favorite line “mom, I’m very concerned”
Although she has moved to the RJC she doesn’t deserve that seat either dealing with guardianship cases, even worse. She doesn’t consider the children at all and the impact her decisions make on them. She’s invasive I’m matters not pertaining to her and uses a very condescending tone to all female litigants.

What’s even worse is when she was campaigning she said she believed she would win because she had the most money! That’s just sick. The worst intentions but the most money.

It’s time to start fighting corruption and get these animals off the bench. Sign the petition to help! Thank you in advance.
