Enact an Indiana State Law Against Revenge Porn

In America 38 states and the District of Columbia have laws prohibiting the sharing and distribution of private citizens' explicit photos that were sent to a former romantic partner or interest. More commonly known as "revenge porn," the posting of these photos violate a person's right to privacy. Indiana currently has no law against this violation. These revenge porn sites and the practice of sharing such photographs should be outlawed and those participating in the aforementioned behavior should be prosecuted. We ask Indiana's state legislature to immediately propose and pass a bill addressing this matter.
