Mandate CCTV In ALL Slaughterhouses & End Animal Cruelty!

An animal welfare group took hidden camera footage of shocking cruelty in a hellish slaughterhouse! Add your name if you want to shut this place down, and install closed circuit television in all other abattoirs in the U.K. to ensure this never happens again!

"Animal Aid said investigators got four sets of films from visits to Farmers Fresh abattoir in Cross Lanes, Wrexham.

It has now called on the Welsh Government to make the use of CCTV in abattoirs mandatory," reported the BBC.

Some of the footage shows two living sheep struggling under the weight of a dead animal on top of them, as they are taken along a conveyor belt to be slaughtered.

Other sheep suffered horribly as their ears, limbs or fur got trapped in the machinery of the conveyor belt.

Heartless slaughterhouse workers stunned and slit the throat of one helpless animal that was irretrievable trapped.

The BBC went on to say: "Animal Aid's Tor Bailey said: "Without our covert cameras in place, this horrendous situation may have continued unchecked for some time.

"We're calling on the Welsh Government to introduce independently monitored mandatory CCTV without delay across Wales"."

"CCTV is not compulsory in Welsh slaughterhouses and the charity said it should be brought in as a "necessary safeguard"."

Why stop with Wales? CCTV should be installed in every single abattoir in the U.K., to make sure that workers know someone is always looking over their shoulder.

As for the scumbags at Farmers Fresh, it's already too late for them. They must be shut down, once and for all. Full stop.

Don't you want to help put an end to this needless suffering of sheep and other livestock in the U.K.?

Then add your name to demand that Rebecca Pow; U.K. Minister for the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, in charge of animal welfare; take action within her government do two things: 1, mandate that CCTV be installed in all U.K. slaughterhouses, and 2, shut down Farmers Fresh in Wrexham forever!
