DEMANDING TO STOP CARRIAGE RIDES DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON IN THE SUMMER

    IT BREAKS MY HEART WHENEVER I GO DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON IN THE SUMMERTIME AND SEE THESE HORSE CARRIAGE RIDES WITH UP TO 17 PEOPLE BEING PULLED MY HEART BREAKS FOR THESE INNOCENT ANIMALS WHO DONT RECEIVE A BREAK HUMANS THAT ARE WORKING OUTSIDE ARE ABLE TO TAKE A BREAK IN THE HORRIFIC HEAT! THE HORSES CANNOT! THEY CANNOT SPEAK!!! WE MUST SPEAK FOR THEM
