I am sure you are quite familiar with the above-referenced case and I don’t need to repeat the facts and allegations of this case. I just want to say that the collective voices of those speaking out on behalf of animals are becoming more vocal, not only locally, but nationally. I respectfully request that your office also act on their behalf, sending a message that cruelty to animals will not be tolerated, not only because animal abuse is a precursor to other forms of cruelty, but because animals are sentient beings that deserve everyone’s respect. Mr. Bull’s evil actions against Rose must not be tolerated and a message must be sent that violators of Florida law will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Thank you for all your hard work bringing this man to justice.

I want to make a few things clear on here. This page was created by people who in some way/shape/or form know Rose personally. This is the ONLY page created by the three of us and it was created to spread the word of the horrible abuse that Rose endured. We asked for everyone's support on here to get justice her, but sadly we need to be more clear on what the means.

James Bull is the man who sexually abused Rose back in March and is now awaiting trial in Daytona Beach, Fl.

We did ask for people to make signs and show up to the pre-trial hearing, HOWEVER, we were informed that this could effect the jury in a negative manor, so we asked everyone to wait until the sentencing date.

We have been very clear that if people are too radical in supporting Rose the Judge has every right to move this case to another county which we DO NOT WANT and that brings me to this post.

We offered anyone willing to write up a letter to send it to the State Attorney (which we provided the information) that could not make it in person.

We were very clear that the Judge was NOT to be contacted,

but, some of you missed that message. Not only did you contact the Judge, you sent her hate mail. I am not only disappointed, but I am embarrassed that we are stooping to this level. So let me be more clear here....ANYONE, YES ANYONE, WHO WRITES A HATE LETTER TO THE JUDGE, POSTS ANYTHING HATEFUL IN THAT MANOR ON THIS PAGE, OR SENDS ANYTHING HATEFUL TO THE PROSECUTOR WILL BE DELETED AND BANNED IMMIDEATLEY.

We must be in FULL support of bargthe Prosecutor, who has not only offered no plea bargain, not only checked in to see how the dog is doing, but is also trying James Bull for more than what is stated in the actual Statue of sexual animal abuse.

We must be in FULL support of the Judge, who did not ask for this case, but received it and has been very kind and forth coming on this case.

We are ADULTS here. We have to support the people who are doing what they can to bring Justice for ROSE. In the end, if this case does get moved, or dismissed, you are not hurting our legal system, you are hurting ROSE.

It is not the Judge, Prosecutor, State Attorney or Court's fault that this happened.

It is James Bull's fault. So PLEASE support Rose like an adult and appropriately or remove you self from here.
