Grossly over fined commercial loading zones

It the city of Boston wants to increase the fine to almost double, the length of time allowed should be increased. Majority of commercial jobs take more than thirty minutes, and many addresses loading zone parking is the only option. It is the workers that make this city operate, it’s about time they were given a hand up.
