Prevent animals being hit by traffic

To many animals and humans are killed or severly injured by traffic collisions on the roads in Canada everyday. Innocent moose, deer, small critters(etc.) are killed/hurt permanently by attemping to cross buisy highways and roads on the serch for food and or shelter. Drivers have to put their own lives in jeopardy while swerving out of the path of animals on the road, resulting in preventable car crashes, expensive car repairs and(most valuable) a life. These daily incidents can be prevented by putting up proper fencing along buisy streets and highways. Also more reserves can be placed inorder for animals to feel comfertable in a proper habbitat and not feel the reason to have to venture somewhere else, putting their lives at risk. Nowbody gets in their car and plans/ hopes on hitting an innocent animal, so why not prevent it now from happening, rather then later while so many lives can be spaired from animal accidents on the roads.
