Orenburg Government has enforced the program "sterilization of homeless animals'.

Finance were allocated by Administration for the program.
The special emprowered by Administration organization must catch animal, bring to vet-clinics, sterilize them and bring to the lodgments near the dump of Orenburg. After that – let them go.
In a few weeks we found in the dump a hill of killed and raped animals. A lot of them were in collars: cats, dogs, even one raped goat!
Government answered: these animals have been gathered there for weeks. But we found warm troops (corpses)!

Shame of Orenburg Administration! Shame of Russian leaders.! We are the member of WTO, but have no laws protecting animals!
Our administration has finance for sterilizatoin, but they spend money not for it.They just kill our little friends, who need our help! They just kill our companions!
Animals are murdered..... We are alive, yet... Help us, people! Help, while it's not too late!!!!
