We would like to thank Sen. Dianne Feinstein for all she has done for Democratic causes on the Senate Judiciary Committee, including fighting for same-sex marriage and stricter gun safety laws.
And now it's time for her to step down. Because Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the committee, is actively undermining our fight to save the Supreme Court from an illegitimate, rushed confirmation process.

Feinstein hasn't just been soft on Judge Amy Coney Barrett during the committee hearings (which we asked Democrats to skip). She actually thanked and hugged maskless COVID-denier Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) for "one of the best set of hearings" ...after Graham ignored committee rules and Democratic resistance to jam the process forward.
Democrats have several tools available, including denying minority quorum and expanding the number of seats on the Supreme Court. But Feinstein thanked the GOP for their disregard for the first, and the second requires removing the filibuster...which Feinstein says she won't support either.
We need new leadership.
