OUTLAW THE SALE/USE OF POISONOUS ROCK SALTS ON SIDEWALKS/STREETS

PLEASE SHARE AND EDUCATE OTHERS ON THE DANGERS OF ROCK SALT AND ROCK SALT WITH ANTI-FREEZE USED TO MELT ICE ON SIDEWALKS/DRIVEWAYS/ROADWAYS. THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES THAT MAKE IT AND MANY MANY ANIMALS DIE EACH YEAR FROM LICKING IT OFF THEIR BURNING PAWS. THIS SALT CAUSES INTERNAL BLEEDING, ORGAN SHUT-DOWN AND RAPID DEATH BEFORE A PET OWNER KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENING.

PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE YOU CAN, AND WRITE TO ANY COMPANIES THAT PRODUCE THIS POISON TO SUGGEST THEY USE NON-TOXIC SAFER SALTS.

THIS IS AN ALTERNATIVE PEOPLE CAN USE ON THEIR HOME SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS. IT IS SAFE FOR ANIMALS TO WALK ON. .....PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AND SIGN THE PETITION SO OTHERS CAN BE EDUCATED AND THEN SPREAD THE WORD THEMSELVES. SAFE PAW ICE MELT LINK: http://www.safepaw.com/

THANK YOU FOR ANYTHING YOU CAN DO; AND ALWAYS REMEMBER TO WASH YOUR BELOVED ANIMAL'S FEET AFTER IT HAS BEEN OUTSIDE. IT'S MESSY OUT THERE AND THEY ARE VULNERABLE TO SO MANY THINGS. I USE A SOFT TOWEL, AND SPRAY IT WITH A VINEGAR/WATER SOLUTION ONCE I RINSE IT OUT. THEN EVERY OTHER DAY, PUT MY PUP INTO THE BATHTUB AND SOAK HER FEET IN A LIGHT VINEGAR SOLUTION FOR FEW MINUTES. DRY THE FEET WELL AND YOU CAN USE A CONDITIONER IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THE FEET/SKIN SOFT.

Thank you for your signatures. We are making great headway. Now would you please try again, to share this petition wherever else you can think of. It makes a huge difference in the recognition of the problem and the other actions people take after reading the petition.

As well, Care 2 has offered to share this petition with their data base....it may go viral which means it will reach millions of people.
