Demand Indiana state to fund animal shelters and ban inhumane killings

1.5 million shelter animals are euthanized each year due to overpopulation, lack of funding, and resources. Shelters shouldn't have to solely rely on donations to be able to support animals. The state should fund shelters so we can be able to expand living space, provide support, and rehabilitate animals without unnecessary killings. Animals need more rights and deserve the freedom to simply live.
